| The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the annual business plan and assisting in the development of the long range plan. This individual will be responsible for leading teams, working with and through the organization (Field Sales, R&D, Supply Chain, Finance, and Marketing Research) to gain alignment on prioritization of initiatives and resources that will deliver profitable sales volume and plan objectives. MBA required. Minimum of 5-7 years marketing experience in the food industry, proven leadership qualities, strong written and verbal communication skills, strategic thinking and problem solving. •Passion for the marketing function and branding.
